
* Finally you need to restart the Windows 10 system to take effects. You’d better set Feedback Hub to Off, because it might take up your memory and cpu usage for no reason. Those apps will receive info,send notifications and stay up to date. * Under Choose which apps can run in the background heading, change the slider next to the individual app or service from Off to On. * Go to its right side pane, under Background Apps, turn on the “Let apps run in the background” option. * Navigate to the Privacy category, and click on the Background apps tab at the left side. * Open the Start menu from your desktop, and click on the Settings icon at the left bottom corner. In the right pane, turn the toggle towards on next to Let apps run in the background. From the left menu pane, select Background apps. The related apps must be running in the background, so its notification can appear in the Action Center. Solution 1: Turn On Background Apps Open Settings You can use the shortcut key Win + I. * Under Get notifications from these senders, turn on two options, including Get notifications from apps and other senders, and also Show notifications in action center. * Open Settings app, and click on the System icon > Notifications & actions.
